Merry Belated Christmas Anddddd Happy New Year!!!!

So Christmas was busy .... And this past week has been so crazy I haven't found time to blog! Been working a little bit more and between the family gatherings and bookstore I've forgotten about "me" time .... And the visit with the kids is tomorrow :) So I'm thrilled!! Will be taking pictures for sure! And to think tomorrow starts 2011 - scary a lil bit!! But anyways, I'm getting tired so more later and hopefully sooner!

Today ....

So a week after the snow .... I'm trying to figure out exactly what I want .... Wanting to find a good career .... Something more than I have since I'm SO sick of floating. The past almost week has flown by and last minute Christmas preparations have begun, I can smell it in the air.

This past week has been busy .... Hardees closed and the new owner can't afford to fix the restaurant (renovations really) for a while so work's picking up and that could be worse I suppose .... So I'm keeping consistent hours.

And I'm reaching out to people :) I have a friend who's supposed to be coming up a short bit and I've refound a few others and I'm trying to figure out some other family stuff .... And with Christmas right around the corner I'm feeling a little peppier : ) .... Things aren't fabulous but I'm hoping for a better 2011 : )

BIG SNOWSTORM

Wow!!!! Last night a HUGE snowstorm (OK a Blizzard) hit town about 8 PM and since then it's only been snowing and blowing around. I can't even leave my driveway because there's so much and the wind's so bad :/ .... So I've gotten through the entire season 2 of Brothers and Sisters .... I guess Ice Castles and Halloween are next ....

Otherwise nothing else has happened .... Currently being plowed out .... And tomorrow I should be able to get some things done .... I have cards and letters to mail and gifts to send and all sorts of things .... So more later :)

Quite a Busy Day Behind Me ....

What a day .... Between work and being asked out via text .... And got to sorta catch up on Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice .... Had two dinners and got to see the snow fall and talked to some friends .... And did I mention the snow?! From what I've gathered from all the weather updates I've gotten, by Saturday we'll have all the snow for the weekend .... I won't even get started on the rest of the week since I have no clue .... And there's BAS .... I LOVE the show!!!! And today's payday :) anyways .... More later because I have to do a lot today. Lata!!

Forgot to Mention ....

that somehow I managed to remove one of the two doors to my kitchen "closet" off it's "socket" thing .... not sure how I managed to leave that part out, but yes, working on day 3 of it being half on .... I'll post a picture at some point .... anyways .... bedtime!

I'm a LIL Irritated Right Now ....

Wow .... Today couldn't have been more odd!! I'm currently cooking fish (Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) for dinner at work .... While watching Brothers and Sisters Season Two and I have noticed that I am missing out on some things from the first Season which isn't good ....


And now I'm at a loss of words .... The fish is done .... And S2 of BAS is making things better .... Besides spending time with my new boss. : ) .... I should shower but I think I'll do that in the morning .... Went to Wal-Mart before I got home here and got another nylon tank top (LOVE them!!!!) And some lighters .... Can't find my other lighter and I've been wanting to light some candles so I did. : ) and I still am pissed off I'm missing a big part of BAS .... Let's see .... What else ....


OH my new boss got a splinter and we spent 45 minutes beforehand planning where to put a bookshelf .... And the splinter removal took about 10 minutes .... I'm in turmoil .... Met a guy today too, we work together .... And just about halfway thru Castle Season 2 disk 4 I had to return it :( but I rerequested it .... Missing some people and wondering what's going to happen next .... Beyond a friend coming home for the Holidays : ) but more later, bedtime ....

Where's the Time Going?!

HOW is it almost December already?! I need to stop blinking!! A lot has and yet hasn't happened .... I've seen some friends that haven't seen me in a while and I've been hanging out with family and that's about it besides work. Also got a new phone and I've REALLY been enjoying it!!


And otherwise not much has been happening. Spending some time with some friends as one is going far far away for a VERY long time (duty calls) so we're having fun while we can :} Been also putzing around with the new phone learning how it works. Entertaining to say the least!!

Been Busy Since a Week Ago ....

as I worked a full week and since Monday I've had off a few days and while it's nice I've gotten things done, I've also been dealing with some stupidity so I've removed myself from a lot of drama. Apparently some haven't taken it so well but I don't flippin care!! If all people are going to do is scream at me and accuse me of stuff then I don't want to deal with them ....

And because of the trips to IL that will be happening I've decided to better myself .... so I'm joining the Belief Project so I'll have less phone minutes but a better deal all around. No contract and no fees for "ending early" which is nice .... and yet I can still do my word docs and music all at the same price as I've been paying since July .... so it's quite convenient : ) I'm THRILLED since I'll be getting the phone I've missed for so long!! And because of the great technology I don't have to worry about buying new chargers either!! Ahhhh ....

Anyways .... not much else .... finishing laundry and watching Glee and going to bed soon .... got 7 boxes off my hands and to the food and clothing pantry so I have less to deal with now .... clothing wise anyways .... not to just get some storage containers and transfer my boxed stuff I'm keeping to that .... BUT I gotta figure out my dinner and lunch for tomorrow so more later : )

I've been avoiding a few choice people because of their choices and behaviors. I'm being stalked in a way because this "friend" isn't sure what to do .... and I'm just tryingto stay out of it.

On a good note, I've been having sewing and cooking urges. Writing urges as well. Just not at the right times. Glad pay day is tomorrow!! It's going to be a good weekend I hope!

And I'm still trying to find someone to go along with me to Jeff Dunham's show in GB at the end of December but that's proving to be hard .... But anyways more later. Bedtime.

What A Weekend!!

OK, so it wasn't quite the weekend that I'd expected .... but the visit with the kiddos went well  : ) Got to figure out potty training and THAT was interesting to say the least .... also got to hang out with some girlfriends on Sat eve in Forestville for a Spa Night which was quite enjoyable : ) Church wasn't as bad as I thought it could be and I actually spoke a little bit to his mother tho I can't say as much for him. But whatever. Friday I spent .... actually what DID I do?! Sunday I got some baking tools .... AHHHHH Friday I spent cooking and cleaning and then out with some friends .... and so far this week not much has happened of real importance .... except that one week later and I'm STILL freaked out a bit by my neighbors .... like that will change .... BUT anyways .... time to sign off. Got to go home and retrieve some DVDs so I'm not charged a 15 cent late fee tomorrow (it's Brothers and Sisters Season One) when I return it. I have a few things here waiting for me anyways  : ) More lata!

Busy Busy Busy!!

So .... worked all day. And before that had an incident with the cops because of a VERY drunk neighbor but he's now booked and in jail for a while as apparently he violated more than my front door and the Earth where we live .... didn't know that he had an alcohol problem let alone was on probation til about 1 AM. But all's ok now  : ) After work I went to the library to deal with some things and then a friends house for music stuff and to watch the elections .... and now shower and bed, tomorrow brings more work .... lata!

What A Weekend ....

And it wasn't all that good .... Friday after work I found out that a friend of mine decided that he was done living his life just 6 short days after a lot of us had seen him at a wedding - so sad!! Saturday I spent the day at work trying to let it all go before dealing with some stuff after work like DDing as usual and babysitting .... and Sunday (Halloween) I was at a friend's til TOTing time and then I hung out with some family handing out candy and talking. Had a good time. Today I got a new Taurus .... seems to run well  : ) I'm just THRILLED to have my own wheels now!! And it should be a good weekend too - kiddos will be here .... just finishing uploading pics to PhotoBucket .... and then I'm off for dinner and who knows what else. More later  : )

Busy Day ....

beeyond working all day there was a lot on my mind like a friend who lost her son and a family member's birthday and twofriends losing their mother .... among bills .... SO sick of bills! Especially with the holidays coming up .... but regardless not too much happened today .... and I work a half hour earlier tomorrow (on top of getting paid) and I got 2 added hours for Saturday .... so we shall see what's going to happen .... more later.

I haven't posted in a few days ....

and so I figure tonight I should except it might be hard as my hands are still cold, but the Haunted House / Boat (Cutter) was awesome! I was a little scared at times but for the most part non of the boat has changed so I remembered and knew most of where I was with the girls in front of me : ) The engine room was warm too which was awesome compared to the cold outside because we waited a good 45 minutes to board haha!

Anyways .... not much has been happening .... had the day off so I went with a friend to the job center and dealt with some paperwork. Ran some errands .... dyed a friend's hair .... and that's about it .... was taken to Hong Kong Buffet and then to the Haunted Ship and had a blast! Saw some friends I haven't seen in a while ....

And Friday is payday! Hoping for some good news tomorrow and we'll see how things go. I'm hoping to be debt free from the accident by Spring and I know I probably won't be debt free completely until 2012. But, goofy as it sounds, I don't mind because I know a lot of people in more debt that me and we're talking like thousands of dollars not my debt .... I never wantto be in that predicament!

But anyways, I work all day and have a birthday to celebrate and then some viewing to do before what may be my usual Thursday plans .... who knows! Halloween is comin!!!! So more later, back to my cocoa .... it's that time of year : )

Busy Weekend ....

What a weekend!! I need to get car keys yet and there's a wedding this afternoon .... and I got a few pieces of mail like an emergency room bill to add to my debt .... and today I got good mail from Capital1 .... and now I'm just waiting .... hoping for the best!! Made hard boiled eggs .... and I'm noticing how odd of neighbors I have, hot tayum! Anywho .... gotta get ready for later .... : D

Another Mostly Good Day :D

So beyond seeing a parent of a young child driving around with the child in the front seat under a year facing forward with a seatbelt on not in a carseat, I'd hate to read of her death in the paper : ( .... and then there was the 5 kids in the car high smellin of pot, what a life! Talk about a contact high!! Oy!!

Anyways, got to talk to a friend about some cars available and I am praying REALLY hard for some good answers .... and soon!! Got to see some great people and talked to a friend who may be moving home soon for a while, we'll see how it all goes : )

Kept Busy After Work ....

and cleaned up the place, just gotta vaccum .... found missing sunglasses and got my radios programmed to 101.1 wixx : ) Found I'm missing a pot or two when I was cooking macaroni and cheese and baking blueberry muffins for breakfast .... cleared up some space tho on the floor which is a plus : ) Also started what's apparently going to be a small Christmas WishList which is ok! Currently watching House M.D. Going to bed eventually .... working tomorrow and then looking at some shelves : ) I'm excited to be expanding my library!! Anyways, more lata!!

Lazy Monday ....

I didn't work today but til Saturday I'll be working now .... got up and called my mom and ate breakfast while making phone calls with a phone "blowing up" and driving me nuts .... I was supposed to see a few cars today but the friend of mine is in the hospital with some health problems .... so I'm hoping for the best for him. Otherwise I mailed some letters, paid a bill and was at the library today. Enjoyed the sunshine .... and the company .... anyways, not much else but sneezing going on .... and I'm getting WAY too absorbed in House LOL! More later : )

It's Only Monday ....

and I have a lot to do. STILL haven't gotten thru to one of the phone numbers I need to contact because they're so busy but I left a message with the rest .... also get to wait for a friend to come get me to see some cars .... hope things work out, I'm tired of no wheels!!

This weekend was alright .... had some fun with friends and covered some people's rears .... but it could be worse!! I get to work all week and enjoy a wedding on Saturday .... and then next weekend brings Halloween and court, ye haw ....

Busy Day ....

Between working and going to the library and fixing my manicure I've also been car hunting and I won't know til Monday (I'm guessing) how far I've gotten. I'm praying hard!! Once I have a vehicle again I will feel like I've gained back so much!!

But beyond this nothing has happened today .... I uploaded some pictures to my photobucket tonight .... and I have a fun day off tomorrow planned : ) So more later!! Bedtime!

What Is Happening??

I just can't fathom how fast days are flying by! It doesn't make sense to me .... but I guess that's why I also keep busy, so time passes .... got so much to do!

Got online after work (which was after walking home and getting furniture taken and getting a ride to the library) and chilled a while with a friend .... and then another friend took me to her place and did my hair while we talked .... til I went to another friend's house to talk and I'm home now I'm watching Heroes Season 2 before bed .... so more later : ) Til next time!!

I Would Have Posted the Last Few Days ....

but it's been nuts .... I just got most of my laundry done and most of the dishes done and put the garbage out .... cooked some dinner and that's about it since working all day .... still car shopping .... anyways, more later .... : )

Homecoming Weekend ....

So even tho our team lost apparently QUITE badly everyone seems to have had a good time. I missed the game and bondfire (sp?) (two yrs in a row now) and I hope since she's on court she's having a blast : ) I'm VERY proud of her!!

Life to say the least the last few days has been crazy! I've worked so much I ache and without a car that amplifies it as I walk everywhere now. excersize isn't bad but I'm not used to it .... so it's taking some time ....

Another Day Already Gone ....

which is a little bit sad. I worked all day and had some issues at work and as soon as I was done I went home (walked) and then changed shoes to my boots (since I'll be doing a bit more walking for the time being) and walked to a girlfriend's house. Weather is thankfully nice. Not too much going on tomorrow either beyond work. I work all day then too. Going to continue to just do things one day at a time .... I'm feeling better without meds which is nice but noticed a headache a bit ago so more later .... til next time  : )

WOW ....

Today (THANKFULLY) flew by especially at work - hope it does tomorrow as well. Got up early again (6:30) and ran some errands and then came home and attempted to sleep again before work but that didn't happen. Was at work a little early and got ready and once clocked in I did my usual drive thru stuff and was amazed at how fast it went. Started to REALLY clean as I guess the new inspector is coming tomorrow - so everyone's on pins and needles. I'm SO nerve wrecked about so much going on that I could cry right now and I'm sure the Frappe earlier today didn't help that. Got some flowers today at work - my favorites!! - so THANK YOU you know who you are  : ) And otherwise got not much done but there wasn't much to do. A friend's Grandmother died a little bit ago and their spouse is currently at the ER (I'm at the house to be sure there's an adult if one or both kids wake up) for an ENT infection so I'm waiting for them to get back in so naturally online getting songs .... more later  : )

What A Long Day ....

got up at 6:30 to runsome errands and got all turned around in several different towns and finally got to GB and then it took twice as long to get home as I missed an intersection and then took wrong turn .... once home I showered and left again after a few phone calls from the insurance company and such. Got a necklace chain fixed and dealt with the bank and helped fix a computer and did some needed shopping .... and now I'm home chillin' .... last night of no work as tomorrow starts 4 straight days of 8 hour shifts .... wonder how that will go. Anyways, more later. Tired.

What a Weekend ....

Weekend started crappy, got into a bad car accident and the car was totaled. REALLY bites!! I miss my freedom!! Between that and accident pain it's been rough but I know I'm REALLY lucky to be alive! So I'm thanking my stars!!

Otherwise the weekend was alright, went to a wedding and had a great time! Good food and good memories  : ) Nothing much else has been happening. Went to GB today and got better work shoes and rested. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, let alone tonight. Anyways, more later, time to make dinner ....

What A ....

3 day weekend!! Started out not so good .... no car .... it's toast. Looking for better job, new(er) car (to me) and trying to attain a better life. Slow process! Beyond being seen this AM at the ER and finding out that I'm ok I went with mom to Wal-Mart and got food and other household stuff I needed and dealt with work and rested at home til I was picked up for the wedding and I got to see a good friend and that made me REALLY happy : D Anyways .... more later .... still at the wedding reception!

I'm Not Even Sure ....

What to type. What an AM. I've been divorced 6 months and what a crappy day! Not even sure what to say .... I feel so bad! And not from the divorce. More later. When I can think.

Payday's Tomorrow!!

And today was something! I worked a few hours, got dishes, sold a chair and went to GB .... got a drastic haircut and tomorrow I'll get the finishing touches for the wedding I'm going to. Should be fun : )

Beyond payday I have some bills to pay and packing to do and I need to contact a few people to figure out Monday's plans .... talked to a few people today and instead of being upset like I normally am I found I didn't care either way. It was refreshing : ) And after I got back to town I found a missing card and got some shirts at Wal-Mart for $1 : )

Anyways I gotta be up in 9 hrs so more later : )

T Minus 4 Days!!

Til the trip south happens and I'mexcited and nervous. Closed tonight and got my allergy meds so I'm taking them .... gotthe rental car stuff figured out so now I just need to pack and prepare for the weekend .... tomorrow night I'll be down south with a close friend for her school stuff .... and I get to deal with stuff tomorrow regarding a job I don't even have so more later : ) Overall it was a good day, just wanna add that before I sign off, as I got to see some fellow friends I should see this weekend at some events : ) But for real now, later. Bedtime finally!!

Crazy Day!!

What a day!! I got up at 8:30 and got ready for the inspection and the lady was a little late .... but she was gone by 9:30 and I learned a few things : ) I reset my outlet in the bathroom and fixed my smoke alarm and was asleep again for a half hour by 9:45 ....

Got up at 10:15 and prepared for work. Picked up some cough drops and worked til 5:35. I apparently was supposed to be done at 5 but there was a rush and I honestly thought I was supposed to work til 7 so I worked through it and left by 5:40. Went home .... grabbed more laundry and dropped stuff off and checked the mail .... and then wenttothe library quickly and then got some furniture .... and then went to a friend's and hung out while finishing my laundry .... and then got home.

Put away my laundry and watched some of Heroes. Gonna shower quickly and prepare for the morning .... so more later : ) Til next time!

Boring Day ....

had a bad AM phone call then worked all day .... BARELY made itto the doctors and then picked a friend up from work and dropped her home .... returned some DVDs to the library and went to see a girlfriend and had dinner with her and left just after 10 .... went to WalMart and got new work shoes .... and noticed a sore throat so I'm hoping to fix that .... just LOVE allergies NOT!! And now I'm home .... did laundry tonight so I'm going to put it away and watch some Heroes before bed and since the inspector comes at 9 I gotta be up by 830 .... more later : )

Busy Weekend Again!!

Another busy weekend! After work on Saturday I dressed and went to BHarbor and met up with a few friends I didn't expect to see and had a great time! Though it DID take a while for everyone to get home and at some points it got a bit wild .... hung out with a friend after that and missed church in the process so I ended up eating breakfast and lunch while watching more of Heroes S1 .... and then I got picked up after a few phone calls to go to my Grandma's for dinner for an intimate birthday party (HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!) and came back to town after hanging out a bit and I apparently nodded off a few minutes on the way back .... not doing too much now .... bit of an upset stomach (and a headache) so I'll be out like a light soon .... more later  : )

Busy Friday ....

next week is pay day .... tomorrow is a friend's birthday .... worked a few hours today and didn't do much else .... had dinner with some friends and picked a friend upfrom work and dropped her off at her apt. Then went to Target for a game card and came back for singstar and cleaned up. I work a few hours tomorrow and then I have more lovely plans .... anyways, I have a headache so more later ....

that I saw and talked to a friend of mine on Tuesday and he's up for touring : ) And another friend is recovering well from surgery : )

A Good Day Again : )

So I started the day cleaning .... vaccuming and all. Then I cleaned my car which just needs to br vaccumed .... and I'll be embarassed if I've spelt that wrong twice now. Eventually showered and then went to work for my schedule and went back to my place and watched CSI: Miami til 4. I'd finally gotten a message about hiking and had been asked about iTunes again so I fixed that before hiking ....

And hiking in the rain was a blast! It was quiet because of the weather which I didn't mind : ) Got to get to know the group a bit better and learned some stuff : ) After visiting White Fish Dunes and Cave Point we headed back .... and I went home to change before going to a girlfriend's house to eat dinner and chill. Then I went to WalGreens to look around before grocery shopping and now I'm home, made hard boiled eggs and watching CSI: Miami so more later : )

A Busy Day ....

So I worked all flippin day .... then was supposed to get taught how to change my oil but it happened so fast I couldn't begin to explain how it was done. LOL! Aaaand I just sent a half text so I'm REALLY embarassed!! Gawwwwd!! Haha! Ahhh .... so I'm up to Level 12 in FV on FB. Went on YA! and answered all 40 questions I can answer in a day and I'm working on loading even more songs - it's a good thing I love music!! Not doing too much tomorrow .... beyond a few usual Thursday things and figuring out how I'm going to manage the rest of the month .... might have to see if I should bring a "date" to the next 2 weddings so it won't be so awkward .... since HE will be there. NOT the he most people may be thinking of - my exhusband. Aaaaand .... I have had a lot on my mind lately so I'm glad for the day off tomorrow. Not sure what the future will bring but I'm a liiiitle nervous!! Anywhos .... more later gots a lil bit of work to do ....

Doing More Research ....

as usual .... why else would I be up at this hour?? Today was alright .... I worked a few hours and then went to the beach to relax and cleaned it up a bit .... and before work I mailed off their letters and after the beach went home to chill and then hit the library .... and then a friend asked me for some help and I got to drive their car - it's pretty sweet!! I'd have to say if I have to get a different car and I can't get a Jeep Wrangler then I'd get the car they have  : ) And then watched some TV with them while I research some stuff and load a few things on the iPods .... but more later, don't have much time or memory on the computer and I need to finish some downloads ....

A Sorta Good Day ....

So today went alright .... I got a few things accomplished and I am getting good vibes : D

Picked up a few hours at work tomorrow so that helps a little. Got to do somethings at the library before working the few hours tomorrow (which will probably fly by) so I won't miss my beach and creative time ....

WOW ....

What a flippin day .... got home earlier than I expected .... which was nice! I slept til church and then went to church and came home and took a nap after eating after church and then worked a little and that went alright, it wasn't too busy and I got to see some wonderful people  : ) Then I went to Wal-Mart and picked up some stuff and then went to a girlfriend's house to work on some music stuff and I'm still stumped on some stuff and trying to figure it out .... we shall see how it goes .... so more later  : )

Second Payday and Third Saturday ....

This AM was nuts to say the least. Found out that a close friend is getting divorced and by now I know of two others who are about to start themselves .... it sucks to hear! Called my sister and slept and showered, watched some of Heroes Season 1 before work. Work was alright .... nothing much happened beyond getting the news .... and now I'm about to embark on a friend's birthday : D So more later : D Have a great evening!!

Good Day So Far ....

work was alright .... had my one year review and it went better than I expected : ) .... and after work I went to my parents place for some stuff and hung out playing / wrestling with my little brother, he's so funny!! What a day!! Good times!! Went to breakfast with a friend and then took a drive and hung out at his place before seeing my mom and discussing a few things and then got gas before picking him up and going to his daughter's basketball game (they won against Kewaunee 21 to 16) and then hung again a bit at his place just talking before I went to the writer's night and I'm still here just chillin and all .... it's wonderful!! Still Trying to Understand ....

how yet another day has come and gone. I don't get it! Was woken up by several phone calls that I ignored and got up eventually and cleaned my livingroom .... I made a makeshift bookshelf and organized .... then went and ran a few errands including mailing some letters. Helped a girlfriend out then figured out some car rental stuff for a few weeks from now .... then went to see another girlfriend after going to the beach in the rain. Then I closed at work .... got home and just got out of the shower .... no pocket dialing tonight!

Tomorrow should be good - breakfast date and should see another friend and get my ID Tags and then a friendKs daughter's game before my usual Thursday plans .... gonna go write some letters and sleep. Later : )

Too Busy Grocery Shopping ....

to realize how late it was dang! Today was alright .... got word my tags are ready and I should have them this weekend .... and beyond that and work and planning I haven't done much but I noticed I'm kinda picky haha! Anyways more once I get home : )

What a Terrible Day!!

Today sucked! Work was alright but sucked near the end. So I kept my head held high. Once I left I called home and went over after changing and got my mail and hung out a while .... saw bits and pieces of the end of House M.D. and played with my new lil brother .... talked to the rest of the family and it was almost like old times .... my dinner from work was gross so it was tossed out. 


From there I headed out to a girlfriends house to help load songs .... looked through some stuff and found out he's no longer friends with me but ironically still with my parents and sister .... and finally looked at pics of their wedding .... brought me to tears! But I'm reminding myself to get my priorities straight ....

9 years later .... and I still remember it all .... today was good for the most part .... got up and tried to play kickball but was rained out .... so I uploaded songs for a girlfriend and then went to a private ceremony with family and after that went met the new family member - cute and hilarious! Didn't speak though. It's his first night, hope he does alright : ) Got to spend some one on one time with my parents. And then we went to Otumba for the picnic - in the rain! Food, games, friends .... I was the last to leave .... it was getting rowdy. Then Iwent to get some news / info from some friends and now I'm headed out for a short while for a friend's birthday ....

I hope everyone was able to take some time today during their busy lives and remember what changed our America 9 years ago and has shaped us since .... remember why rules at the airports have gotten more strict .... remember why things are the way they are and why our trust isn't always there .... but most of all I hope you remember those who've lost their lives protecting our freedom and remember the families and friends they've left behind .... especially those widows and widowers raising children who won't remember those lost ....

Tomorrow Is ....

9 years. HOW has it been 9 years?? My sister's a senior already too .... just don't get it!! Not much happened today .... saw her off back to work and worked myself and then went and did SingStar a short bit with some friends before some drama happened then I split .... and headed to bed now with a long day ahead .... so more later - night : )

Another Busy Day ....

since I worked 11 to 7 and thenwent home to change and went to a friend's house where I was til just after 11 .... did some stuff online and talked of plans .... and a few things in my favor happened .... but not much else happened today. eBay's being a painand I'm touching up my nails .... got a few inches taken off my hair .... watching CSI: Miami while they dry. Another Hellish Day At Work ....

as between the managers and bs that was already happening .... not a half hour after I clocked in the computer / registers in drive thru began acting up and I was THRILLED I had pens on me because I needed them since I had to take orders by writing them down .... it was a pain but there was no other way to do it.

And then after work I got some upsetting / scary / surprising news of a few friends I know .... and from there I changed and went to another girlfriend's house and hung out talking with some high school buddies and looking at wedding bridesmaid dresses .... and eventually went to Wanda Jean's to say hi to a waitress we know and shared a piece of apple and cherry pie a la mode .... and then dropped her off and after a bit went to Target and looked at the clothes and shoes and makeup. She bought a dress and I got a binder and soup for work tomorrow. Then we went to my place so she could see it and I was "forced" to clean my clothes off the floor BUT now I can SEE my floor .... then it was back to her place and I just got home. Tomorrow we'll hang out and do my hair ....

But anyways .... more later .... gonna shower and eat a biscuit and go to bed .... have a few errands to run before work. Night! : D

So Today Wasn't So Bad ....

and I'm ending it with The Closer and some of the best apple pie and homemade biscuits .... and dinner with my paternal grandparents (homemade lasagna with bread and salad) was awesome too : ) And before that I was running errands at a VERY busy Wal-Mart and need to pay SBU and get a few things yet ....

And work still's the same as ever. Today was the first day for SB school district and the moms (since I work with mainly females) kept getting calls from their kids and there was some drama but really nothing out of the ordinary .... gotta make a few calls and that's about it .... and todaythe wind was REALLY kickin up esp while I was at my grandparents. The backyard Lake view was beautiful but WOW! and I got my watch band fixed again today - LOVE Draeb Jewelers : D .... Anywho .... biscuits are almost done and then off to bed .... more later : )

What a Crappy Labor Day ....

slept in because I closed last night and our hours have changed for the winter now .... but work sucked! I had candy and food thrown at me and was cursed at - and that was just by coworkers! Customers weren't much better though .... afterwords I intended to go to the library til I was a blockaway and remembered it is Labor Day .... which brought back some memories I'd wanted to forget ....

So off to the grocery I went and then to a girlfriend's and I just got home .... I feel like I bonded a bit with them : ) And now that I'm home I can't think if the garbage will be taken tomorrow with the holiday ....

Rest of the Day ....

wasn't too bad .... work went well for the most part .... wasn't too busy and we had a good time after hours .... now to get my personal life a lil more straightened out LOL!! No, could be worse! But a better job would be nice .... and I see I'm getting distracted by Numb3rs .... my bad haha!! Anyways .... Not much really happened since I last posted .... but I gotto talk to some people and was given some good insight - on life, love, happiness and good sense. We shallsee how all works out. Got to see a friend when I got gas this AM too : D But anywho .... more later .... sleepin soon ....

First Sunday of September ....

and so far it's been bittersweet at best. The kids left just before noon .... and that itself was hard. I can take the swear words and the tantrums .... I CANNOT take hearing him tell either / both kids to "go to momma" and see the kids look at me confused. OH how I wanted to shout at him and her and to the heavens "she aint their momma!!!!" but I kept my cool .... asked the questions I had and in the pain, watched them drive away .... and wondered why they didn't take the shortcut but it's not my business I suppose ....

Filled up my gas tank and went to the water to collect my thoughts before heading to my place and taking a nap til 4. Got up and ate and prepared for work .... where I am now. Closing. About to punch in again .... so more later tonight : )

September Visit ....

So so far the September visit has gone alright. A few tantrums which I expect .... lots of great times! Took the kiddos to The Farm today and they had a blast!! Fed the goats and played with the tractor, kittens, cows, sheep and chickens. After an hour and a half and a snack we left .... it was time for something new ....

Got home and made them sandwiches for lunch and played a while til naptime that lasted an hour and a half .... then it was off to my grandfather's and grandmother's house for a while .... they snacked and played there .... even had a few tantrums .... as we were leaving it was decided that we'd do a pick up and drop off and the kids were talking the WHOLE time haha! It was so SO cute!!

Once home we made dinner and they ate and played .... and I prayed pick up would be easier .... it was for the most part .... after sitting watching Bones for a half hour and one of the kids falling asleep it was time for goodnights. As usual it sucked!

First PayDay of September : D

Well .... today was / is the first payday ofthe month .... beyond working 3 hours today and dealing with some work issues I had a good heart to heart with mom and got some stuff moved .... and then went home a while and watched Numb3rs til I decided to cook noodles for dinner .... and got several phone calls in the process and ate at a friend's house while talkin .... and now I'm headed to bed cuz I got the kiddos all day tomorrow : D So more later!!

Already Poor Start ....

So what a morning! Got up .... got check from work and went right to the back and THEN realized I forgot the papers to be notorized .... so went home and got them and notorized the papers and THEN I got homee and read my email and saw I could have faxed them .... *sigh* the rest of the day ought to be better!! More later .... time for work ....

First Thurs / Fri of September ....

which means payday tomorrow!! AND the kids come up this weekend too!! So it's not a bad start to the first weekend of September : D

Today wasn't bad but it wasn't great .... I got up late and kept going. Made it to the library and after 45 minutes I was able to get on the computer and sent the art to a fellow artist .... and then had some trouble with eBay and went to the beach and ran some other errands .... and got my IL refund check in the mail ....

And mom came by .... went thru paperwork. Then sat here not doing much but watching Numb3rs and then went to a friend's house for my usual Thursday night "date" and then to the grocery and now baking and watching Numb3rs and soon the biscuts will be done : D .... so more lata!! Have a good one!!

Work was busyish ....

which I didn't mind. Til the last hour. That went by fast but towards the end I started getting blamed for stuff not being done when it wasn't my fault. By the very end I didn't care anymore ....

Otherwise things were alright. I got a message I'd been waiting for and I'm still waiting to hear how the weekend should go .... and now that I'm home I just wanna vege so more later .... night for now : D

Today's Been Delightful ....

at least so far! I didnt't get home til the wee hours and got going around 11 after eating and taking a shower. Paid the rent .... then got gas, saw my buddy : D .... and then returned / exchanged a wooden table and went to the library for a while .... I was going to pick up The Closer but they lost it so I'll get it tomorrow .... and then the grocery and Wal-Mart and home. Now getting ready for work .... sensing some good work coming soon!! Now if only my watch would unfog ....

Blogging Via Flashlight ....

and not because of no power .... just trying to save energy and it's pouring outside .... JUST got home from the photoshoot with two fellow artists and photographers. I must admit, we DID sit around talking for a good hour and a half with nothing but the surrounding books and kareoke (sp?) downstairs. Made future plans : D

The last few days feels like it's been nothing but work!! I've seen some local artists more often which is wonderful! And I got all of the replacement cards I've been waiting for PLUS my rebate card for my phone .... now just waiting for my InboxDollars check .... And HOW is it September already??

And I'm sure I meantioned this already but beyond laptop hunting I'm credit card hunting .... so if anyone has suggestions / tips / recommendations PLEASE let me know!!

And .... la Photoshoot from tonight - it was AMAZING!!!! it was done in a library of sorts owned by a friend of mine and the photographers .... WONDERFUL place chock FULL of books wall to wall shelfto shelf - my new casa!! I will probably end up organizing his books once his store opens / is more in the works .... and I can hardly wait!! As the shoot was happening it was raining so we also took photos outside in the rain : D I can hardly wait to see how they turn out!! VERY excited!! I absolutely LOVE modeling!!!!

Anyways .... better head off to bed .... gotta get a few errands done tomorrow so more later : D Til next time!!

End of my Sunday !

So it's FINALLY the end of my Sunday!! I'd immediately jump into the shower but if I did that I'd lose my thoughts and would be posting early Monday morning rather than late Sunday night .... just a quirk of mine .... although as soonas I'm done posting I'm getting the sandy crap outta my tub to shower ....

Missed church this morning because of work .... so I didn't get up til 12:30 and from there made lunch and wrote tothe kidlets as usual .... watched No One Would Tell and started While She Was Out .... and considering how I am withdates/numbers that wasn't such a good idea since the main theme in the first was dating violence and the beginning (which is as far as I've gotten) of the other apparently has marital violence/abuse. Just lovely - NOT!! Anyways ....

Work was crazy! Shorthanded and overpacked .... that about sums it up .... tomorrow I get a few winter coats, mailing the letters and who knows what else before closing again at work .... But anyways, showertime!! More later ....

Scary Sunday ....

What a day!! Work has been rediculous!! Quite busy and understaffed .... never a good combo! Can't wait to get home, shower, and relax. But I see my break is over so more in a few hours ....

Rest of Reception ....

Now while the reception and drive home were good .... THIS was the stuff that did me in for at least an hour!! Tastes like the "regular" Pepsi but WOW it has a bite!! More later on everything .... Just wanted to quickly update : D

Wedding!!!!

So the wedding went well and after waiting about 15 minutes for the bride to arrive, the actual ceremony took under 2 minutes, no joke!! Then it was on to pictures and mingling .... and before hand it was what felt like a quick drive here .... now we wait for the reception at 5 .... aka waiting in the Villa watching tv. I had a Pepsi Throwback with real sugar and my hands are SHAKING so SO badly!! Hope it calms down when I eat ....

Thinking of getting a credit card ....

to help build my credit and get a few things that I want .... but I could use some suggestions as to which are best .... I've heard of Chase Freedom and the store (Target, Wal-Mart, and Amazon) cards but I also know I need something with low interest but I want to be "grown up" and get good credit in my name .... so if anyone has any good suggestions .... BESIDES about keeping up to date on the payments .... please comment :D

Garage Sale ....

is today!! So far lots of visitors and some things have sold but not too much .... weather is good and calm and I'm a lil tired .... gotta get a good night's sleep tonight forthe wedding tomorrow as well and I need to repainy my nails too ....

In a few minutes I'll be leaving to run some quick errands and then I'll back at the garage sale monitoring .... hopefully it will be a productive day : D .... But more later .... til next time!

Another Busy Day

So .... the rest of the day was alright .... got through work and went to see a friend and chatted and then dealt with the garage sale stuff and I have to be back here in 8 hours .... and there's SO much to do tomorrow!! Today's beginning ....

has already started out ok .... and it's THURSDAY so that means my weekly "date" at a girlfriend's house for Boston M.D. til Greys Anatomy and Private Practice start up again .... til 7 I get to work and then after M.D. is over I'm headed to a different girlfriend's house to mark stuff for her garage sale tomorrow .... I'd be helping Saturday too but I have a family wedding ....

So it's going to be a busy yet good weekend : ) And I should find out soon if I'll get to steadily pay for a girlfriend's HP VivianTam laptop .... it's a start if nothing else ....

and it's been a day .... got my missing card bs taken care of so now I just get to wait for them to arrive in the mail .... all I did today besides drop off a friend's kid and work was watch part of Miss Conception ....

Work sucked .... I got off an hour early and had to deal with bs .... and after I went straight to a friend's house and I'm still here .... had to call two 800 numbers to fix the missing cards issues and I should have their replacements early next week .... thankfully I never really use my debit card! Still irritating though ....

I've been so busy ....

I haven't been blogging like I had been before .... I barely manage to get everything done that needs done!! As I'm sure all readers saw, I moved in just over 3 weeks ago .... not that I have unpacked everything yet. Working on that between work and not working. This weekend was crazy busy with 2 weddings and a birthday .... got quite a bit of inspiration and ideas and possibly more projects .... more writing and sewing to come!! Almost feels like so much to do and so little time .... I still write to the kiddos once a week and custody is still being fought .... who knows how long the battle will rage .... but I'm also recognizing more and more each day that I still need to do what I love .... and to keep searching for what could truly be right in front of my face .... only time will tell and as much as I don't want to admit it, while there are moments I wish I had a "somebody" I AM enjoying being myself, giving me time to be ME again .... and today's OFFICIALLY the one year anniversary of the beginning of the end AND beginning of the beginning .... and as I look back on the year and I see how I have changed and how my goals have broadened and my wants have altered .... the destination at the end of the day is still the same and everything is the same .... LOL minus that I amactually down to one cell battery for once .... HA!! What an achievement! Before I sign off .... and as I watch the battery gage debate with itself whether or not it's at 50% or less .... know that I intend on being a better blogger .... and once I re-establish my LiveJournal account I'll post a way to read songs/poems and allow for feedback as I did before when I posted back when I made the blankets for a special family ....
